I’m sure you have, and you might already have heard this quote too: “better prevent than healing”. Yup, those two quotes reflect that as a human, we need to keep our health carefully. To be healthy is expensive but to be unhealthy is very easy and also cheap. That’s why we need to keep our body healthy from hair until toe. Unfortunately, we often forget to care our scalp health. That’s why I often see people have dry itchy scalp. Many people (mostly men) underrate dry itchy scalp, they can easily scratch their scalp when they feel itchy.

I have to tell you that this is a bad habit, scratching your scalp over and over again can harm your scalp tissue and it can bleed if you don’t scratch it gently. Like what I said above, better prevent than healing, it is better if you can prevent your scalp from dry itchy scalp by using some good mens hair products. By using mens hair products frequently (daily), you can lessen the probability of dry itchy scalp, dandruff and other annoying problem related to your scalp health.

People can get gray hair at any age. Some of gray at a young age at school or college, but there are also graying at the age of 30-40 years. Is it true that stress can trigger the growth of gray hair?

There are many gray hairs thought arises because the stress factor, especially for those who are young and not yet entered old age. But it was not the cause of stress. Researchers say more genetic are factors play a role, we can not control.

Researchers tried to compare two groups of participants, i.e. who have identical genes and are not identical. And they turned out with identical genes have similar hair color different than their genes, including the emergence of gray hair in their heads.

“Although many theories that explain the differences in the appearance of gray hair is caused by lifestyle and stress factors, but very little scientific evidence that could explain it,” said Dr. David Gunn.

Gray hair appears first reported in women than men. These facts and factors associated with more stress upon women than men, particularly married women. But the researchers argue that because of the gene were more able to prove that fact.

“This means the average person, the hair that changes color to white or gray (Grey) not because the pattern of his life so far, but more on that genetic factors can not be controlled. The pattern of life was not too much impact on the natural color of hair loss” said Nina Goad of the British Association of Dermatologists.

However, previous studies have also found the fact that the first gray hair appears on their young influenced by environmental factors.

“That is one form of exclusion, probably because people were too much exposed to chemicals or use products made from chemicals in hair,” said Dr. David Fisher from Faber Cancer Institute.

Graying hair occurs when the pigment cells gradually in sec hair began to die. When a content of pigment cells in hair follicles, then every strand of hair no longer contain much melanin and will change the hair color became gray or white as long as its growth. The longer the less pigmented cells, which eventually will be completely hair gray or white.

It seems indeed difficult to be prevented so gray face it as a reminder we got older. Options to cover or to allow there are in each person. Want painted, or wear a head covering can be a temporary solution.
